In-bond and cross-border freight
Until imported freight clears customs, only a bonded carrier can haul it. We're bonded with both U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Canada Border Services Agency.
In-bond pickup
We pick up in-bond freight from bonded facilities.
Across the U.S. under bond
We carry it inland to clear at another port, or through the country to be exported.
To and from Canada
Freight headed into Canada can cross the border before it clears and be released inland. Freight coming south moves under our CBP bond.

Tim Dunfee, Owner-Operator of Fire Chief Transport
Tim's path here ran from the Air Force through 26 years with the U.S. Forest Service. Hauling and logistics were part of the job before they were the business, and he started the company to get back to doing it himself.
Straight from pickup to delivery
We can handle anything from short regional runs to cross-country hauls, including freight to and from Canada. Your freight rides on its own truck, not a shared load routed through terminals, so it goes straight there. The same driver has it the whole way and plans the run around your timeline.
