Trade show and convention freight

Show freight runs on a targeted window. We get your freight to the show on time, ready for the floor.

Show freight runs on a deadline

This is freight for exhibit and display builders, event crews, and anyone shipping to a show floor. It runs on a tighter clock than ordinary freight, because the show sets the schedule.

Every space gets a targeted date and time, based on where it sits on the floor. Freight that misses the deadline is typically held while late fees and overtime charges climb. Hitting that window is the carrier's whole job, and it's the part we own.

Our part of the move

We get your freight to where the show wants it: whether it's the advance warehouse weeks ahead, or the marshaling yard on your targeted date for a direct show-site delivery. We hit the window, and the show's official contractor typically takes it onto the floor from there.

Coordinate with the driver

Show and convention freight lives and dies on coordination. The check-in time on arrival has to work with your targeted date, and that's easier when the person you're coordinating with is the one driving the truck. You only need one number to reach the driver, whether it's move-in, move-out, or both.
